Lead Time
All products are made to order unless otherwise stated. You will be notified of current lead time by email once your payment has been cleared in my account.
Payment
Payment can be made in two ways, using the online payment method or cash on pickup/delivery. Please note that all bulk packs or orders over 6 nappies must have an online 50% deposit made before production will begin.
Remember, it’s not a payment but an investment!
Postage
All items will be sent via Australia Post Express Post Satchels. If you live on the Sunshine Coast and would prefer to pickup your items this can easily be arranged (bulk orders only at this stage) or for a small additional cost we can deliver your items to your home (this is available in certain areas of the Sunshine Coast only and only for bulk orders. Please email us and ask if your area is covered).

If you have any problems with your CBK nappies please contact us for assistance.
Layby
Lay-by is available on all purchases of 2 or more nappies and will requite a 10% non-refundable deposit. Regular fortnightly payments must be made or layby will be cancelled. All laybys must be finalised within 8 weeks of first deposit, once final payment has been made delivery date will be notified by email. Longer layby periods can be arranged depending on size of purchase.

Privacy
ClothBumKids takes great care in keeping our customers information private. We will not give out any of your private information. Any customers own photos appearing on our website have permission to be there and can be taken down if requested by the owner of the photo.
